Garage door openers need to be maintained and may need adjusting over time. We are also here to help you with the difficult task of fixing, replacing or programming door travel and force. Garage door opener repair and replacement is part of what we service. It doesn’t matter what type of garage door opener you have, we are trained to service any opener.

They run smoothly and vibrate less giving you less noise and less maintenance needed. They are designed with noise reduction technology, can be paired with noise reduction hangers and have built-in diagnostics. They provide soft start and stop for ultra-smooth, quiet and long term reliable performance. Remotes available that work up to three doors from the same remote. Keypads for outside door access and operation included. Obstacle sensing beam units are sonic-ally sealed to prevent water intrusion and can be mounted on the track or your wall.

Linear includes a LIFETIME Warranty on the ½ HP motors, and HBT belts and 5 year warranty on the mechanical parts. For the 1/3 HP openers, the manufacturer includes a lifetime warranty on the belt and 10 year warranty on the motor with the same 5 year warranty on mechanical parts. 5 year warranty on chain drives.

LiftMaster offers a Lifetime warranty on motors and belts with 1 year on parts and accessories. Offerings include WIFI models which connect you to the status of your garage door and operation and alerts to and from your smart phone.
- MARANTEC
SOON AVAILABLE, Marantec which offers a German made opener with WIFI, LED lighting and belt drive. They offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the Motor, Gear assembly and rail system with 8 year Limited Parts Warranty.
